I built the system I wished schools already had.
Safe Shuttl started from a simple frustration — parents, drivers, transport staff, and schools were all working with different versions of the same journey.
Calls kept happening. Route updates arrived late. Pickup confirmations were unclear. Everyone was reacting instead of operating from one shared live view.
